All orders placed on Kiranamate Apps will be delivered for free through Premium Kiranamate shipping .
During Normal Days:
All orders placed before 6:00 AM will be processed and shipped on the same day.
Orders placed after 10:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping is processed all and Public Holidays.
Once shipped, a notification mail along with a shipment tracking number will be sent to your registered email id.
Delivery time:
Fast delivery time is 30 minutes to 1 hours depending on the area city of the shipping address.
Delivery available only to selected cities like Delhi, Noida, Kanpur , Lucknow, Patna, Araria, Bhagalpur, Purnea, Aligarh.

Shipping policy
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we are taking additional precautions for our packers, drivers, team and our clients. Every driver is equipped with masks, gloves and sanitizing material. Drivers are instructed to sanitize bikes and boxes after every contact, and leave the produce outside the entrance area of the delivery address. They will stay 1 1/2 meter away from clients at delivery and avoid close contact with other people during their deliveries.
